5 stars: Great but need to upgrade your system by adding more features, waiting, drop on and off, Arabic location, skip drop destination, bonus and discounts for frequent riders, etc....
3 stars: Amazing service but app needs a lot of improvements. At the end of the ride the fare isn't shown. Card payment option needs to be introduced. Timer on drivers needs to be longer. Needs a wallet option for when you don't have change. Overall really good idea and all the drivers have been respectful, plus the rates are way cheaper than Uber or Careem.
3 stars: A friend of mine has the app, so I have tried the online taxi service before and it works great. However, when I tried installing the app and registering, I could not access the terms and conditions document. It was blocked by my country's (Indonesia) firewall. I am not saying that the app is shady since I've tried it myself in real life, but the company might want to sort its website out as soon as possible
4 stars: Overall a great app. I've been a loyal user of this app for a while now. I do sometimes find the fare a little too high for my budget but the service is great. I've had some very good drivers who have given me quality service. My only concern is that they don't respond quickly when I need them on a Sunday if I go to a early morning church service, otherwise happy.
