5 stars: Great first trip. Driver was friendly. Got to work on time. But the credit card payment method was not working at the time, so only cash is allowed. The credit card payment method was not working initially when I started, now it's working. I used it twice already and it works perfectly fine.
5 stars: I love this app, is very competitive on prices against uber. Only thing is that sometimes the location of the drivers doesn't show right away or it won't connect to the server for payment and you have to pay in cas, but other that that is great.
3 stars: It's a great app and all, rides are cheap and that's awesome but online payment has been unsuccessful for the past week for me. My card works perfectly fine and I have sufficient funds but for some reason the app gives me the online payment unsuccessful message. It's really annoying. Please fix this didi.
4 stars: The app is OK. Not giving it 5 stars because sometimes the drivers delay way too much time. Or there aren't any available. Or they're rude and disrespectful. Sometimes the cars are very dirty inside and out.
