5 stars: Hi Jo, I love you on youtube! However, when I went to sign up for the free 7-day trial on the app. I got to subcribe, however another offer came up right after instructing me to pay 11.99 right away and would not let me proceed untill I subscribed to that offer. So I had to cancel the subscription immediately. Sorry. Ill give you 5 stars anyway because your workouts are great on youtube!!
4 stars: I love the meal plans! I lost 4lbs the first week following the workouts and meal plans. The workouts are a bit repetative sometimes but altogether a great app!
5 stars: Great app and great workout plan. Hopefully you can add pictures of the food prep, not a necessity but it's great to see what it's supposed to look like, also something enticing to look forward too. Thanks Jo! I have been following you for 2 years now. 😁
