3 stars: Did the trial, daughter was not receptive as I thought so cancelled before trial ended. Well, I received an email today with a receipt for my annual subscription... and also the phone number on the email doesn't work. Save yourself a headache. Edit.. i was contacted shortly after this review and refunded. Still was a difficult process
5 stars: Starting to work! It takes longer than the trial period to start clicking. My son is 11 months and even if he doesn't say the word he is mouthing it and becoming more chatty. He has said a handful of the words. Key word is patience! You also have to show your child how to use the app.
5 stars: Exceptional app which is really designed for children (I find so many things like this don't actually fit a child's requirements)!! 👏 I love how you can bespoke this app for each child's special requirements and the interactive parts are truly amazing.
