5 stars: The services provided have been excellent. Being new to a city and finding professional help has never been so convinient. I am sure many would think that the charges are on higher side, but premium being paid is definitely worth it. I would strongly recommend this app for hassle free professional services. I had an instance of making a payment but service not being booked. I mailed the support and issue was promptly resolved.
3 stars: Good app and great service providers.... But one thing I fail to understand is the sale part is massages at home...they say 50% off like now..have seen 40or 60% off also..but the prices seem to be same...I have never paid more than a certain amount be it on sale or not...seems shady
3 stars: Good to get immediate assistance but I find it to be over priced almost 100%. Something that can be done 2000 or 2500 same service is charged around 5000 when booked from UC. I think this has to be reconsidered and prices has to be revised. Just a suggestion this will help in reconnecting current customers and also attract new customers. Thanks, RB
3 stars: The service is good but pricing is very generic and for some tasks customer ends up paying exorbitant charges. Pricing structure needs to change. Also, the warranty period cannot be standardized across all services, warranty policy has to be revisited.
