4 stars: There is not enough information about parking. I spent lots of time in the place when arrived late. It was hard to understand where and how to get a ticket. And there is no quick support in the app.

To the guys who save me from losing alot of money because when I got out of my car I drop my keys between the platform where you park your car and the floor and they call a technician to recover them and they had my keys the next day waiting for me at their desk.
