3 stars: I really enjoyed the driver contact button and help chat button you used to have. My order is 30 min late, and I have no way except the help number to cancel my order or find out where my driver is. It feels much more impersonal, and more like another run-of-the-mill mechanical delivery service :(
5 stars: Great app that will deliver a variety of products similar to the selection and pricing you would find in a 7-11. However, goPuff offers many more products and product categories than a 7-11, so it's closer to a grocery store w/o produce. Always under 40min. delivery for me.
5 stars: 9/10 good experiences. Easy to navigate app. Simple and to the point. A little confusion on how to redeem points at the final total screen for ordering but oh well. No complaints.
5 stars: From app to my door in 45! It was super easy to use. I was able to buy some food(whilst still at work) and a couple of snack items for the week. Good if you need stuff in a pinch.
5 stars: My favorite delivery app! Unlike other delivery apps, I never have any issues with the time it takes to receive my order or the drivers not listening to my request for no contact delivery. I always get the correct order and the delivery is always quick!
