3 stars: While the provider itself is overall good, I'm afraid I can't say the same about the app. It would frequently crash and lag, and when it does run, purchases would often fail, very inconvenient. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
3 stars: With the latest updates the app is finally working and all the non-working buttons are gone. Sometimes the way data quotas and validity period is still unclear. Before the app would just sell how many active days left, now you have to go into quota details to find out
3 stars: The pop up notification didn't refer to its page, its just show the home page. So i really unsure wheter its a good information or just an advertisment. And top of that, the internet quality too bad to be said its lower than its competitor such X* with same price range in my home area.
3 stars: Getting better and easy to use at first, but now you're so annoying by sending me excessive ads bursting over SMS, namely from ZSMS, 929, 808 more than 20 times per day. Even more, pop up notifs are extremely frustrating me. Please stop doing like this again before I have to use other providers
4 stars: Should have dark mode option in later update. MyIm3 app is kinda cool, nice interface, lot of payment options and lot of promos. However, we also need dark mode to avoid eye straining.
