3 stars: ETA does not adjust for time zone changes on route. I recently took a trip that changed from Central to Eastern halfway through the trip, and when checking my ETA before leaving, it gave me an inaccurate arrival time. Almost made me late for the event I was going to. Otherwise, I love this app for short distances and my commute. I sadly won't be using it on long trips for this reason though.

3 stars: Marginal utilty. It would be nice to know why known alternate routes are not appearing as an option. A road was closed due to weather so my regular route, which would have taken 8 hours was not shown. Instead, I was shown only one option: a route that takes 13 hours. I didn't know about the road closure so I ignored the suggestion. Present options but warn why they are not recommend.
