5 stars: Great app for food delivery. I was happy about the variety of places with full menus to choose from in my area. The alerts also time, tracks your order, delivery driver's name with picture so there's no surprises. Discount Promo codes are sent via email. Very convenient. Easy to use!
4 stars: I love how the drivers come up to the front door. I have a medical problem that makes it hard for me to go out side in the heat of vegas. So I really appreciate them coming to the door for me. Great app. 😁
3 stars: I really like this app the delivery company is new to my area, however I couldn't find any place to give to drivers a tip. I emailed POSTMATES and they insisted the tip prompt was there. I searched and searched, that's why I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. We typically don't keep cash in our house. If the prompt for a tip still isn't there I'm going to have to stop using the app.
3 stars: The app could be better. I kept inadvertently bouncing out of the app and having to start it back up. Some of the competitors have better apps.
3 stars: The notifications will lie to you. I had a notification pop-up telling me that I had $100 in credit to use. I clicked on the notification it brought me to the ordering page with no information. And the only thing I could find is a credit of $100 if you invite someone. That's false advertising and it upset me. I'll be ordering it from a pizza App instead today because of this.
