4 stars: The app is great to browse properties and get updates on new listings. You can't schedule a tour of a property's agent without a pre-approval letter or going through their lender and running a hard credit check. I understand they want serious buyers but it's useless unless you're looking to purchase immediately.
4 stars: Lots more listings than Zillow. My only criticism is this app doesn't let me search by state, only city or town. I would like to have a state search and scroll around like I do with Zillow. Once I know a specific location, Realtor gives me many more listings to view.

5 stars: Grear. Homes are updated often and are detailed in their description. Only thing I see wrong is it don't give you the description of room sizes and what is being left in the house ( window treatments, Appliances, ect ). I still enjoy searching.
