5 stars: It's very good for runners, it tells them how much calories they burnt, their average speed, altitude gained and also distance they covered and how much time they moved.
3 stars: Doesn't get running pace right. Typically 20seconds difference between it and Strava on same phone, on same run, at same time. Strava will measure 5:13 min/Km this will measure 5:33! Basically it doesn't get pauses for traffic or road crossing right.
5 stars: Very nice user-friendly format, in-depth feedback after every run, and over-all a very good app for runners or people who just want to get in shape to track their runs.
