5 stars: Great app. However, i have the setting on for reading text from customer when delivering ubereats but it does not read aloud or notify me they even sent a message. I have to physically flip up the bottom bar and touch the phone icon to see if there is a message. It used to work two months ago but stopped about a month ago. Edit: fixed with popup now! Awesome. Thank you. But, now doesn't show tips in notifications since Oct 25th.
4 stars: Having issues pulling up some screens on the app. Don't want to load. Especially when I get a notification on my phone and click it, it takes me to an error message saying page not found or can't find page right now. App has been working better than the last time I reviewed it though.
3 stars: The app is good but not great. The issues I encounter most of the time is the built-in map. The nevigation some times take me to wrong place. I have manually enter the destination address in Google map in order to find the correct direction Please make sure the map is up to date.
3 stars: All in all the app works. However there are a couple things that need to be addressed. The fact that I get emails and texts about safety and all the quests, but not app updates really upsets me. Especially when I have to drive around for an hour without getting any rides to figure out the app needs to update. And of course I couldn't leave out the redundant routes that are sometimes given to users. The app works, but could be much better.
