3 stars: The ads. Omg the ads. So annoying. This game turns my volume off after almost every turn to play these ridiculously long ads that you can't skip until 5-30 seconds later when an awkwardly placed close button shows up. The ad free version is overpriced. The game has bugs that can be annoying but it's overall good. The ad experience is so terrible I find myself avoiding playing this game. Probably not the developers' decision so it's a shame
3 stars: Love this game and I play with my elderly mother every day however, years ago i purchased the no adds for life for a couple of dollars. My mother was not so lucky, they want $15 a month for no adds, of course she cannot afford this and is plagued by adverstising that at times destroys her enjoyment of the game. Shame that Words with Friends became do greedy!!!
5 stars: I have been playing this game for 9 years with old and new friends from other countries. Great game to keep ones mind in shape! The chat box is something I really enjoy. Unfortunately, there are creepy dudes who think it's a dating site. They're pretty easy to figure out. All in all, it's my favorite word game!
4 stars: I enjoy connecting with family and friends via Words with Friends. I especially like the chat feature. One negative is the dictionary feature. Many words are listed as acceptable, but no definition available. I want the definition.
