5 stars: This is a great app for foodie. We get great deals and I use this very often. Though the only problem we face is there is no team which would handle complaint.I have faced many problems during food delivery. The delivery person was not efficient enough. But I could not raise this issue anywhere. The automatic computerised replies do not work in this condition.
3 stars: I like the new UI much more, though it's still s bit childish looking and not the most practical, considering your target demographic it's understandable. A dark mode would be nice. The recent update also broke the review system. It doesn't let me type more than one sentence anymore, and ignores punctuations.
5 stars: It's great ... You get all the possible options near you and the service is great.. one thing I would like to add is the delivery option it's clear and they actually have a different box to mention if there is any small turns or lanes to reach to your address... I loved that specification.. this doesn't let you wait and keep calling the delivery person every now and then till the order arrive... An addition.. please open the COD option..
5 stars: One of the best app I must say. Not only good at ordering food but also for looking at different places for hangouts and stuffs like that. Even this app helps me to find out a new place which I never knew about (places like lounges, pubs, restaurants, bar etc).
