3 stars: In general, this app is well-designed and organized. My complaint is that it isn't responsive to activity on my Facebook page. For instance, it doesn't log shares of posts well... even though there is a tab for it. I get notified that my new post is being shared and total new shares are listed but the shares I can view are from posts a month ago... doesn't help me engage new audiences well.
3 stars: it's not loading pictures sent through the msgs anymore so I'm having to redirect people to wats app. Constantly doesnt load the whole received msg unless I go in and out of the app numerous times. Also cannot upload videos and photos on the same post..truly frustrating!
3 stars: I cant reschedule appointments anymore, if I try to edit times or appts it says that something has gone wrong! My services list is also not in the correct order, I have put it back in order multiple times but it goes back to all mixed up! Very confusing for my clients who have to scroll through everything to book!!
4 stars: Its a good app for helping in the running of a business, although it sometimes does struggle in showing updates. For example, it shows there is a notification but takes a while to refresh. I have tried to uninstall it and download again but seems to still be a issue. Its minor but frustrating. Other than that's its great.
