3 stars: All the restaurants keep disappearing. One minute they are there next they are gone then they come back again. Quite annoying when your in the middle of an order then get told when you go to basket to be told it's not available for it then to be available again after 2 mins and having to put all the order in again. Please fix this The problem is the app. You can't say every restaurant goes offline at the same time so did the problem
3 stars: I'm not a fan of the recent updates. The thing I liked about the app was that as you were tracking your order, it kept the screen alive so I could constantly watch for updates. Now I have to keep unlocking my phone every three minutes. Please return it to its previous functionality.
4 stars: Can't believe how much info they demand from a Facebook connection. This is outrageous. Edit: I didn't know that was possible. It seemed to ne I was already using my Uber account but I'll try again. This still doesn't address the issue that the connection demands way too much thought. Not only my name and face, but friends list and much more. And unless I accept, I can't pay.
3 stars: The app has improved and had its rough patches, but with the addition of Gold, Platinum levels etc you definitely save some money after a while.
