4 stars: I find it really useful in urban and semi urban areas. However, as with sat navs, finding houses in rural areas is very difficult as, without a house number on the street/road, the postcode takes you to the area. Postally, the houses have names but sat navs don't accommodate this. I live and travel in a rural area and have to rely on finding someone to ask directions from. Therefore, I have deducted one star.

3 stars: The experience once the app is up and running is good. Getting the app up and running can be a pain. Set up was glitched. It took too many tries for the app to start working. Once the app starts working it is not guaranteed to continue to work. If I disconnect my phone while connected to my car sometimes I have to stop the car put it in park and then reconnect. Or turn the radio off the try again. Insanity.
