3 stars: The only complaint I have is that if you work for more than one company. I does not let you switch acounts on the same phone. I have to unistall it then downlaod again each time. If they fixed that I'd give it 4 or 5 stars.
3 stars: i often have trouble with the GPS feature not being accurate. i have a client whose coordinates on the app make me drive a block away to clock in and out even though her address and marker on the map are correct. Another client's GPS is correct and i can clock in, but I cannot clock back out. So I have to call my employer and have them log me out at the end of my shift, which doesn't allow me to record my mileage on the app.
5 stars: This app makes my job so much easier. Information is at the tip of my finger, when I need it, where I need it, as I travel from home to home to assist seniors. I work for Home Instead. I use this app a minimum of one time a day, up to five times a day.
3 stars: apparently you cannot assign specific tasks to specific shifts. A shower for example is not taken at every shift. Opting out of the things that are not done doesn't seem to be possible it won't let you clock out without having checked okay on something that you might have not done.
4 stars: The only problem that i have is when i click yes or no as if you didn't click it at all. You would have to keep tapping the one you want to click if you can be so kind to fix this area i would be more gladly to give another rate thank you very much. ...
