4 stars: I've been using this app since last year, and it gives me convenience especially with their transportation. I have no issues so far aside from delays when sometimes I experienced waiting for the driver but I understand, this is how our traffic works here in our country. And I like the the app, easy to navigate and more offers. Hope for more exciting features soon.
4 stars: for grabbing a car or food.. its reliable. but if you have a lost item while riding a car.. Grab has the most inefficient way of helping out. takes so many hours and no result at the end. Advice dont lost or leave anything behind. Uber has a better system that allows you to call the driver directly. most of the time, you do get your item back.
5 stars: grab is really great! a big help for us commuters here in Manila, always easy to get around here with grab. when there is an issue(but very rarely) grab responds immediately and gets into action to resolve it. just hoping that there would be more discounts or coupons for us since we use it very often and also i hope it will be available for other areas outside or near Manila as well. great job!
3 stars: Previously rated 4*. Discovered PROBLEM. Grab pricing always based on the LONGEST ROUTE, end up we have to PAY EXTRA for extra estimated mile and time.
