5 stars: Really enjoy the app. I use this on a daily basis to look at new adds. Very easy to search for Multifamily, which other apps are lacking. Wish they would options to view rentals and properties for sale at the same time (similar to Zillow). Only other recommended improvement would be to include some additional property details that Redfin includes. Still my preferred use over the others!

4 stars: the only reason it's not a 5 is because every house we find that we love keeps getting sold or taken off before we have a chance to see them!! other than that we love the app!😊
5 stars: BEST APP. Better than Zillow. Shows satellite, like other apps, But also shows Crime!!! The Monthly Cost Calendar is the most Helpful tool, and knowing the Property Value helps with the negotiating and adding a piece of mind. Top Fav outnof the other 7 apps i have downloaded.. which i rarely even use now.
