3 stars: One of the main drawback of the app is that i cant specify whether or not i want myself to be listed on the app of users of opposite gender. Quickride is better in this aspect. please get this implemented. There are other drawbacks also - for example, i am unable to start my ride earlier than the specified time once there are pending/booked requests from ride takers. this needs to be fixed also.
4 stars: Hi Team, am happy with the sRide but one issue is that, I purchased the discount voucher for 580 rs, but after purchase I came to know that it was only for 9kms. Kindly upgrade this for 14kms as am unable to that and I have sufficient credits in my vallet. Please respond on this. Thanks
3 stars: It is a good platform for carpool. But the problem is sRide doesn't have any 24x7 customer care support or any toll free number where we can reach in case of any issue. sRide only has a mail ID where you need to raise your issue. Also redeem of balance takes long time for both Paytm and bank. If these issues are sorted out, sRide is one of the best carpool app.
5 stars: this is the best carpool app out of all other available options. i tried almost all other apps but didnt got the expected results. its easy to find ppl for sharing ride rather to drive alone. there are still scope for improvement like option to specify one time ride or recurring and etc but i am happy with overall results hence 5 stars. good job guys.
