3 stars: every day i have to signout and sign in again for me to get new trip requests. until i get my first trip i get really confused if i am online according to the app. sounds keep switching automatically on and off. night mode doesn't work properly either. app needs a lot of changes or fixed bugs please.
3 stars: Proof should be required for ratings less than 5 stars. I received a 1 star rating claiming my vehicle wasn't clean. My vehicle is always clean. I have unlimited memberships for inside and outside cleaning so I get it done every day. Sometimes multiple times a day as needed. This would reduce the possibility of malicious ratings because the rider was having a bad day or because we simply wouldn't break the law by speeding.
5 stars: 2 and a half years with Uber. I love it. In Cleveland, Ohio Market. I tried to sign up for Lyft, rejected due to background check. I am so Happy and Grateful Now that I'm free from potential employers using my past to hold my future hostage. I am so Happy and grateful now that I have my own time to manage over an employer doingnit for me.
