5 stars: Shipt is a GREAT service app. I use them at least 3 times a month. I am disabled, and not always able to physically get to the store. I must also shop for gluten free items. Shipt has allowed me to choose a store near me that carries the specialty foods I need. The shoppers are always pleasant, amenable to add-ons, and very helpful sourcing items or substitutions when necessary. I recommend Shipt to everyone.
5 stars: OMG!! This service is great. My first order Kathy came un and explained everything to me. Explained how the service worked, etc. She kept in touch with me the whole shopping trip. She let me know if they didn't have something and asked if I wanted substitutions....I could go on and on. I am very satisfied and the customer service was superb.
5 stars: Customer service is very reliable and helpful, and all the shopers I've had were great! Once, a shopper forgot something and they were very quick to refund me. The app is easy to use and it is simple to find and add things to your cart. I love not having to grocery shop! I have more time to devote to other things, and I stay in my budget each week.
5 stars: Today is my 1 year anniversary with Shipt. I renew today and am very a very happy member. The shoppers are great and the conmunication with them helps when need to substitute items. The shoppers are the best! I was with a different company which was not good at all. Try Shipt...saves you time and your body will appreciate it too.
