5 stars: Absolutely exceptional! Consistant updates on any train delays/ time changes. options for 'cheaper tickets' and also has the adequate information necessary for any queries you may have! i have personally never had a problem with the app, and I don't think I will in the foreseeable future. Thank you train line for making my journeys bearable!!
4 stars: the app is very good and convenient, however the ticket section is confusing as all active and expired tickets are visible so you have to scroll to find right one, it would be could if you good divide these in two different tabs and make a visible and clear divide between each ticket
4 stars: the new app is OK but the old one was better for 2 reasons : 1 . it had the QR code to access trains in France , this avoided me taking out my wallet in a public space to get my sncf Voyageur card and 2. when I go to my bookings they are not sorted by date ... maybe these 2 things exist and I don't know how to get them ?
5 stars: what an app guys! if your looking to save use this app saved me over 50 % on a last minute train. not one to leave a review but hey hey saved me moneyy haha .. so it deserved a review. easy to use so download it peeps \u0026 starting using it.. adios people!
3 stars: great for reasonable train prices. Tickets never work in machines at major stations like Victoria though. Have to ask member of staff to let me through barrier:(
