3 stars: Overall the app is a good solution for video and audio calling but many times the video gets hung up. Sometimes the voice gets lost and sometimes the user is not notified about the call. Since this app is on a paid platform in UAE, the app is expected to deliver excellent quality. I appreciate the new whatsapp like UI but overall video and audio calling is a top consideration for me.
3 stars: It is very useful but the latest update of this app is not very good. I am using only data for internet connection but it consume my 1000mb or 1gb for just 1 and half hours. Supposedly my 1000mb of data will last up to 11 hours. I am so sad because I really like this App this helps me a lot communicating my husband for longer hours but now I cannot do that already it consume so much data for just 1 hour. 🙁🙁
5 stars: Very good service. Still some advertisements coming in between and interrupting call. but far better than before. Kindly remove advertisements and also upgrade your service day by day. All your supports are well appreciated. Thank you Botim team.
4 stars: This app is really good for video call as well as normal call. Regarding sound quality its sharp and clear. The reason why i gave only 4 stars is that this app is not providing filters for video chating. Otherwise i would have given them 5 stars.
