5 stars: Best application. Need improvement for V380 cctv monitor
5 stars: App is great does what you expect it to do. Not sure if alarms can be done through the app, so far I am not getting alarms. I wish sharing of images or Videos will be done via email and WhatsApp. Now sharing goes through apps that are not as useful in North America. On an Android you can go to the folder where the videos are and share them that way.
4 stars: the app loads, lets me login, loads the 3 systems on my account, when i click on a system to view it i get taken back to the login screen. Samsung tablet model GT-P3110. The old app used to work on this device before it was updated. It works flawlessly on mobile phone though.
3 stars: Overall the app seems ok the only problem i have encountered is with the text alarm messaging. I was receiving them for a period of time now they seem to have stopped for no apparent reason .They are handy in order not to have to plough through the recorded footage on the sd card as when you see the alert you have an exact time to go to.Hopefully this can be rectified.
3 stars: I'll admit, once you figure out how to set this up (instructions are a JOKE--you HAVE to have patience and experience troubleshooting) it works great. Takes some time to set up.
