3 stars: Support poor. When I had a problem with excess data consumption, the support person did not read my description, but gave me a canned response to another problem. Several emails followed, my problem was never addressed, and then he ignored me. Don't upgrade to get technical support.
5 stars: Nice app I love the winter hats above the family's icons. I just got my drivers lisence its perfect to see if your loved one is speeding or not. my husband said it took you 5 minutes to get to store I said yea he said I was speeding he went with me it checked out I was not speeding very nice app to watch out for drivers safety
5 stars: Perfect for tracking my new 16 year old driver!! We all have it on our phone and my husband and I love it too. Crash detection and everything gives peace of mind!!
4 stars: This map is good,, but wish it would let us choose the route we want to take not pick for us. There are small roads we wish to take sometimes but have no way to choose more options or other roads. Sometimes we are taking roads not on this app will reroute you to suit its directions not take the route you are going, knowing there is a way to get to point a to point b another way.
