5 stars: I feel this is the best food delivery app. I never faced any issues with the app like the other customers. May be they fixed up these bugs. It's truly a very good app they provide a lot of offers on really good restaurants and places. I have ordered desserts a lot many times,the delivery was on time and the ice creams were perfect. Overall it's really an excellent app with great service.
4 stars: has decent offers on food, but the app seriously needs GPS based location. I always have to walk quite a distance because it shows my location wrong. It picks location based on written address. It's not accurate. edit: although you tried to help, its 'ubereats' not 'eaters' and there's no option in the available issues, to address my problem.
3 stars: I am unable to track the delivery with map. Also confirm is there any self pickup option
4 stars: It's been long time it was not there in our location finally it's available in our location i m very much happy...!! gave 4star only bcoz there are lot of resturant needs to be added in our area hope ubereats is working on it self picked up option also need to be added in ubereats..!! hope new offers n addons soon...!!!
