3 stars: Hi team. I am subscribed to get the use of editing raw file but i can't get the service i am paying for. It didnt import my raw photos and your technical support cant even help. He cant fixed the problem worst is stopped replying to my email. Please take my concern with urgency

Works brilliantly on both. Just one request, the monthly packages are bit higher for home users. Please bring some budget packages for home user.
