4 stars: Very helpful app! Just recently, though, I couldn't change destination of a GrabCar trip, despite available button on the trip page. Ended up paying much more than I should! Happens on ID locale.
3 stars: The app is great but not with the drivers.. Can you please lower the performance of the driver if the customers cancel bcos the driver ask to cancel? Maybe after that, they wont make any stupid excuses again..
