4 stars: This is one of the good app, easily we can find Taxi and we can book the cab. But they are charging unnecessarily for waiting even driver is not starting journey. And if you will go by traffic areas then you will get more charges. They are calculating for every second. Charges should be in between sources and destinations. Once I booked the cab but I got another cab on the road. I forget to cancel the ride, driver has cancelled the ride without informing me. They have charged 10 riyal penalty charges in my wallet. Hope you will overcome with solutions.
5 stars: Makes life more easy. A problem is that pick-up location becomes somtimes inaccurate and that may cause disagreement between the three parities.
5 stars: App is very good.It is far better App than that of Uber.However, navigation services of Uber are far superior than that of Careem. It's captains usually find it difficult to reach the requested pick point because of bad navigation services.
3 stars: Overall not bad. Some v annoying things like map wont link to google maps which is useful if you hv locations stored there.
