3 stars: You can get stereo to function eventually. For those with 2 x Flip 4's you need to use the phones back arrow to go back to the apps device selection page then click flip 4. You may need to do this a few times until the app shows both flip 4s connected. Using your phone's back arrow is quicker and avoids opening and closing the connect+ app or switching the flip 4s on and off. PLEASE fix this app JBL.
4 stars: Nice app, does what it's supposed to do. Despite that I have encountered a problem I'm not sure how to handle. I have the flip 4, and for some reason the lights that indicate the battery's state don't get updated (they always show that it's full) until the battery dies (only then it shows one light). I thought it was a firmware issue so I wanted to update it, and after a short research online I found that the app is supposed to do that. Unfortunately, it only states the current firmware version of the speaker with no option to update it (to check manually for an update) or to downgrade it. Please address to this matter or explain to me what to do in order to fix that.
3 stars: Been unable to connect 2 JBL Flip 4's as Stereo even with resets to both devices and unpairing/reseting phone. Hopefully this will work soon. Closing the JBL app as speakers were connected via connect+ has fixed the problem for now. Will see if it remains working.
