5 stars: - The good thing about Lalamove is that every single trips we can earn is above $10. Sometimes i can earn more than $20+ in 1hr. Customer service is very helpful with our partners whenever i have problems with the customer. They will do the talking not us. My experience being a partner with Lalamove is awesome.

3 stars: - This company acts as virtual logistic hub similiar to Grab , they dont have actual drivers , all are partners , and lalamove are market spoiler , Being a partner to them and take their job projects , 1.7 van full van job can also get only $30 which is actually much lesser then market rate by other platform competitor minimum $40 and $70 per helper which for lalamove only $30 some of lala customers are plain moron even wanna take advantage not to use helper and expect the driver to carry for mere 30 over $ full van job ?? When we inform lalamove about it they will say , if not worth dont take , but never educate on customerz and check if the item can be carry by one person , lalamove should also make a point to see that drivers cost is exclusive for drivers cost only , such as if its $35 , meaning transport only and drivers are not oblige to carry anything , unless if cu...
