2 stars: Amazon Music apk download - Needs to improve offline load times of music. Too slow, select the app, open up offline music, and it takes five minutes to populate with a crappy/no signal. Really, I need internet to listen to music download to my phone? I get the proprietary music format to protect from theivs, but come on... Anyways the app itself when it functions quickly it's enjoyable.
4 stars: - Can't complain about the free Amazon prime music!! I really like it. I'd give 5 stars if you could play the music once downloaded without internet. Noticed on long drives in rural areas music cuts out completely (Verizon is not as good as they say they are...in fact my my t-mobile and at&t phones worked better so don't be fooled) and then it lost its spot in the play list. Other than that it is an awesome app and I highly recommend it as well as Amazon prime (luv it...who doesn't luv 2 day free shipping...thank you Amazon!)!
5 stars: - It's great to download and listen to complete albums of those great old albums from the '70's and '80's; with a Prime membership I can download a nice selection of classic rock albums!! The only complaint I have of the service is that they remove albums from Prime, leaving nothing but unplayable shadowed images of the albums and gaps in my playlists. Otherwise it is a great service.
3 stars: - Android O background notification confirms what I suspected. The app does not exit cleanly and leaves a battery draining process open permanently in the background. When we hit the x we actually want it to quit, please.
