3 stars: This is pretty good but doesn't state if this is conventional or fha. It also doesn't consider pmi if you have a down-payment of less than 20% which could be a hundred or more per month depending on loan size.
5 stars: Very accurate calculator! This is great for getting a real idea of total costs. It includes taxes and hoa fees as well as affordability calculators to take monthly debts into account.
4 stars: It was really great while looking at investment properties. Too bad it doesn't let you enter a decimal.
