3 stars: Hello Team, Unable to receive payment requests from third parties (the one where we enter our UPI id and get a payment prompt to pay using pin.) It's becoming frustrating now. I have to wait till the third party timeout runs out. Rest of the app is great. Thanks Atleast add a button to refresh and check for pending requests.
3 stars: Google Pay is a very good application which makes payments very fast, but I am very sad to tell you that Google Pay does not allow you to take a screenshot while viewing the total balance. We request the Google Pay team to provide a screenshot option while checking bank balance so that we can take a screenshot of our total bank balance or send it to our friends.
2 stars: Google Pay has reliable services, but it comes with major drawbacks. It charges a 1% platform fee for bill payments with a credit card, even when using UPI. There’s no option to change the email address, which is frustrating. Additionally, the fee makes it less appealing for frequent transactions compared to other apps. Google Pay was once the best, but these issues seriously affect the user experience. Hope they improve!
