4 stars: Pickme is user friendly app but after the recent update it has some features which isn't convenient at all. For an example when you search for a particular dish, it auto corrects from the app. And when you place an order for a friend he won't be getting a SMS/alert about the order. Please improve these in your app.
3 stars: Pick Me is a great app for getting around Sri Lanka because it gives you fixed prices for tuk-tuks and taxis, so you don’t have to haggle with drivers. However, one thing that could be improved is the lack of clarity around extra charges, like toll fees, which are added when you cross toll gates. It would be really helpful if this info was provided upfront when booking.
3 stars: I am giving this review to show some bugs that are in the app. when ever I buy food and when it's prepared for no what reason it takes long like very long half a. hour or. even 1 hour. I want a system to automatically add a devilery partner. although. they don't get to choose what devilery they want. it's a feature I recommend.
2 stars: Has to teach Pick me about customer service. 3 times, they were unable to send me a car for pre booked hire. Drivers sometimes pick the hire & cancel without any notice. The value of time, customer service, handling complaints & major areas that pick me doesn't know. Btw, I am a platinum member as per their ranking.
