Reddit Latest Version Reviews

3 stars: Recent updates took away the ability for third parties to create apps with added features without significant financial investment aka business commitment. Which, weird flex but 'ok, I guess..' Until I realize the quality of life features that disappeared from This app after another update. No drafts anymore (why?!). Back button gets stuck on a random steak post (buggy). Disappointing
2 stars: The latest update is infuriating. Was in the middle of reading comments in a post and I wanted to read the next post right after, but instead the whole app refreshed and jumped back up to the top of the page. Why do this? I couldn't find the post I wanted to read because the whole page had refreshed. It keeps on doing this, you miss so much content.
2 stars: Works about half the time. The karma system is pretty ridiculous, tiring, and ends up doing the exact opposite of what it was intended for most the time. The Messenger seems to never work properly. Mods power trip all the time, removing/deleting your posts without any reasoning or explanation and other times for the silliest of reasons. Many months later and my review still has not changed.
