5 stars: UPDATE: Issue promptly addressed. Thank you devs! I try to search for the area, and it loads and loads and returns nothing. I allow it to use my precise location, and it shows exactly where I am and still doesn't suggest anything. I've used the app on IOS with no issues, and I still stay in the same area. I tried searching streets, area codes, exact address, landmarks etc.
5 stars: Well this app has drastically improved and is useful for more than just power issues. Thanks devs! Old: As a push notifications system... well it needs work. I honestly don't want to be pushed 2am in the morning. And there's a bug. You push me 3 times with notifications before LS. I have 2 zones registered and disabled push notifications on one of them. And I don't want to disable all the notifications, then eskom sucker pushes me.
4 stars: Update: Areas are loading again, thanks to the developer. I still wish you could pay once off to remove ads. Have to use an ad blocker which I do not like to do. I hate subscription models.
2 stars: So now that loadshedding is back, I've started actively using the app again, but it is near-unusable. Even just trying to scroll down the schedule for my added suburb it will respond once every few seconds, and only move about a 5th of the screen, then freeze again. Making me think of Uninstalling and using something else, like, God forbid city power's own printed schedule. Useless if not responsive or functional.
