5 stars: So far so good The first phone call connected like a normal phone and no drops and it sounded great! I will be putting this to the test because I am so sick of Verizon nickel and diming. me to death when I've been with them over a year. what's frustrating is you have an issue once your phone goes into like a soft suspension status you can't even talk to nobody it's it's ridiculous
4 stars: works well for the most part. had a problem with incoming calls disconnecting when I pressed one to answer. wish I didn't have to press 1 to answer...that can be a pain when I'm driving etc. texts are sometimes recieved out of order which can make conversations messy, but mostly a good app.
3 stars: It's alright. I've been using the app for years and still have problems with scrolling up through my old messages. I wish they didn't change the burner icon and chat backgrounds recently. The old colour options were great. Now when you read messages, you as the sender shows up as white while the recipient is in colour. It's not a good switch and is confusing.
