4 stars: Something went wrong when I changed my old phone with new one. Despite notification settings I can't manage to set phone to notify me with sound. That's the most important thing if you want to work properly. As for me as for my guests! It's not so bad to work in the app but there is way to make it much more easyer to handle all the things it offers. Please let me know what to do with sound notification. To reinstall the app or what???
3 stars: Booking needs to fix for good the problem with loading pages in the app. Since I started using Pulse I get connection errors 20+ times per day and I have to keep retrying or close the app and reopen it. Doesn't matter if it's mobile operator, wifi at home, at work or in a restaurant. Very annoying for work!! And now after an
2 stars: Notifications are not working! Everything is toggled on, permissions are granted, no restrictions are set and yet this stupid app doesn't notify me for anything! If I didn't get emails about my bookings, I would be completely in the dark! WTH!
