5 stars: 04/07/2021: Problems: Endgame module 3, board 52, does not autocomplete if Kf6 then drives pawn forward, but works with Kd6. Endgame module 5, board 56 does not complete nor allow advancement. Love this chess trainer! It's not flashy or complicated but forces pattern recognition. I've learned how to play correctly in difficult endgames with little thinking. You can pause to reflect or auto advance to next problem based on settings.
3 stars: Still didn't test it all. But I lost all my progress. When playing black the board doesn't flip(white is still at the bottom). It's of no use to anyone to recognise the patterns this way. The app says some settings can only be edited on the website. No place to login on the website and most links pointing to the website are broken.
3 stars: I really like the problem sets that the app offer, and how it incrementally introduces new chess patterns. However, I was not able to restore my purchase on my tablet, so I was only able to use the phone. If that isse is fixed, I would highly appreciate it.
2 stars: Strategy modules on android don't move to next position. You can see the explanation why the move was good, but it locks up and nothing you tap on works. Paid for the whole version so this is very disappointing.
