5 stars: My last post said the app was broken. The developer reached out to me, suggested some fixes and it seems to be working fine now. My issue was that i would get notifed that I had an email. When I clicked the notification, it went to the app and said could not retrieve message. I cleared my cache and changed a route feature and it's been fine ever since. Thanks Proton!
4 stars: No issues but the update made it worse. Why did the sort to folder function have to be moved? Before the update it was tab on the folder icon and pick folder. Now you have to tap on the context menu button, scroll down to move to folder, tap on move to folder, and then pick the folder. This takes much longer for no good reason. Please roll that back.
3 stars: Just switched to proton and having some issues with the app: - I seem to have a constant 'dot marker' even though I definitely have no unread messages. - there seems to be no conversation view. It's difficult to read past messages associated with the conversation. - no way to flick between emails. I'd love to just be able to swipe left or right while reading an email to see the previous or next email.
2 stars: Have to double check that my emails actually sent, sometimes they don't, they just sit there pending for forever. Currently cannot access my emails, says it cannot retrieve them. Says i am offline, I am not. Issues are isolated to this app. Has not updated in 4 days. Disappointed I am paying for a service that seems except...
