4 stars: I like to use this for making models of houses and rooms to help with visualization when making scripts and it's honestly really helpful, it's the best app that I've found that doesn't require crazy purchases to unlock colors, furniture etc. There may be a few things here and there that could use fixing but in general it's an awesome app
5 stars: Probably the most powerful and straightforward mapping program I've seen on Android. The only things I still want out of this app is to be able to make stuff beyond floor plans, because the floor plan part of the app is pretty perfect. Free users beware that you need to pay money to enable screenshots, but as a hobbyist I don't mind in the slightest. Lots of fun to just mess around with offline.
5 stars: This app makes it easy for a layman to go through ideas for a remodel. I was trying to plan bathrooms in a very small space and was able to quickly lay out a few ideas to choose from. One new option I think would make sense is if there was a way to choose a standard size for things like bathtubs/sinks/beds, etc. Sure you can look them up but would be useful if standard size suggestions are there.
