3 stars: The app was working really well until I recently updated to Android 12 UI 4. Since then, while I can get both sides to connect to the phone, one aid drops the Bluetooth connection to the phone after a couple of minutes. Connections to my TV device work well with both hearing aids.

5 stars: I am connected through this app using my iPhone, with Viron 5 miniRITE T R hearing aids. The controls and connection are great and easy to use. I tried to connect to my Galaxy tab, the customer support is first class, professional and efficient. I am a very happy customer, cannot fault the support I received. Unfortunately my aids were pre the software necessary to connect with my tablet but I was offered an alternative solution.
3 stars: Good app, only issue I have is with the Bluetooth app for listening to TV or stereo. App disconnects from hearing aid when switching to TV-A mode. Sometimes have to restart aid two to three times before it finally works.
3 stars: Having a problem pairing with new phone. I bought the HAs 3 years ago from costco and the have worked fine. Just got a TCL 3x android 11 phone and have tried to pair them many times. I believe that they changed the name to Phillips just after I bought them. Is there a phillips app that will work.
