3 stars: I love this! \ud83d\ude0a It's been so helpful with my anxiety. The only problem that I have is that I can no longer check the recommended suggestions in Instant Play. Every time I try it freezes and crashes the app. Please fix this! The recommended suggestions are one of my favorite features.
3 stars: Cool concept with a fatal flaw. The devs haven't figured out how to keep the phone awake so during every meditation the phone goes to sleep and interrupts the meditation. Unlike every other media player the devs seemed to miss this critical setting. Additionally every guided meditation is the same and very talkative and there is no way to turn off the beginner instructions.
5 stars: Loving this app! Feeling positive after using it a few times a day for about three weeks now. Great app
4 stars: I believe this app is helping me a great deal, to be a more positive happier person. I enjoy the small things in life now, and have started to meditate on my own. I am peaceful in my mind now.
5 stars: The modules are easy to do and follow. Several are incredibly satisfying to do and I've learned a good amount. The sleep program what just what I needed to kick my correct habits into high gear. The meditations are so nice. Starting with a 2 min guided meditation was great and the 10 min meditations provide well timed guidance. Highly recommend using this app.
