5 stars: Love using the messages app especially if someone wants you to return their call as everything is in writing so contact # is so much easier than going on voicemail. I use this service constantly to contact my children and leave them a personal message which lasts until they delete it. Totally recommend this service 100%.
4 stars: RCS is amazing and I love the new shade of blue. I do miss a lot of the fun features that Allo offered. Incognito chats, multicolored threads. Google assistant chats via @tagging like how ALLO did it. It's like they moved half the features over and the other half they just cut
3 stars: Wish it was more customizable. Hate to say it but Samsung has a better messaging app. I try to stay true to the pixel experience / Google experience. It is the platform that I use and I'm used to it.
3 stars: Idk if this was because of an update or something but some of my messages were not being seen by the person and I had to send through sms. For the future, maybe if the message doesn't get received in a timely manner, automatically send it through sms. It would make the app more reliable
3 stars: it's ok.but some glitches along the way. it's not so intuitive for me. it can be better. hopefully they can upgrade to make it better. it is what you send sms on. needs to be better. but good enough for now.
