4 stars: I have various health issues which I can track in the app. You can customise a lot of sections to what you need track like health issues, where you were, how you were feeling, medications etc. I paid the full subscription which was a bit expensive and very disappointed to see there's no way to get the information out of the app in reports. I do like the app but won't be paying another subscription
5 stars: Really good symptom tracker, and worth the cost for the added insights. It's really helped with getting objective measurements on symptoms and improvements over time, and has helped me reframe how i'm doing overall. I have the emotional memory of a goldfish, so it's nice to have proof that I do actually have many good days 😌
5 stars: Excellent, kind customer service. I couldn't sign in with my AppleID when I switched to Android recently. I reached out to customer service and they transferred nearly seven months of logs to a new account and also credited me the remainder of my premium subscription I previously purchased through Apple as well. I use this app daily to track my chronic illnesses and love the interface and customization. Highly recommended!
