3 stars: I used to love it. It's easy to use and encourages me to fast. However recently the app started to glitch. The Fast page wouldn't load at all and I can't enter my start and stop time anymore. I tried clearing the app data, it works if I start a new profile, but it doesn't work after I signed in.
5 stars: The app has been fantastic so far. Helping me stay on track and even reminding me when I need to end/start my fast. Some really great tips included in the app!! I may consider using the premium app, however, I am waiting to see how much progress I am making as I have only used it for 1 week.
5 stars: Getting this app isnt going to make you lose weight. Changing your eating habits will!! And this app is great for helping support me in changing those bad habits with irregular eating. I took a year off from IF, and recently came back to it and love its discipline. No more naughty late night snacking.
